Speaker Bio’s and Learning Objectives:

 

Frank Santini, Director, Pure Air Business Development

          Frank Santini was Vice President of Pure Air Control Services since 2017 through the merger with Tremco.  Following the merger and acquisition, Mr. Santini has led the integration of Pure Air into the Tremco family of companies.  He has been honored to conduct presentations at the ASHRAE AHR Conference, The Indoor Air Quality Association and dozens of state and regional healthcare, K-12, municipality and higher education conferences.  He has also spoken about indoor air quality and the HVAC Restoration before the Washington D.C., Architect of the Capitol, George Washington University, Auburn University, Georgia Tech, University of Georgia, University of Florida, among others.  Mr. Santini’s speaking engagements are colored by his acting and professional wrestling background, which included a stint as the NWA Florida Heavyweight Wrestling Champion.

Learning Objectives – Big Bertha Air Handlers:  When It Makes Sense to Restore Aging Chilled Water Units

  1.  How to gather data to identify chilled water air handlers that can be restored instead of being replaced.
  2. How to use and analyze data gathered in the field to plan out chilled water air handler replacements vs. restorations.
  3. How to identify scenarios in which HVAC restoration is more cost effective and less disruptive than HVAC replacement.
  4. Sustainability and energy efficiency improvements that come with HVAC restoration.

          Dan is a Territory Manger with Schu Marketing in Omaha, Nebraska, with 11 years of experience supporting customers across South Dakota and Western Nebraska.  He specializes in product knowledge, onsite training and helping teams maintain water safety.
